What the three months look like

A pilot is only useful if it produces a real answer. Here's the shape of it, so you know what you're agreeing to before you fill in the form.

Week 1

Stickers arrive, floor gets mapped

We talk through your gym — how many machines, what's on the floor — then prepare your stickers and deliver them. You stick them on and assign each one to its machine, either by scanning with the app or typing the sticker number into the dashboard. Most gyms finish in under an hour.

Weeks 2–4

Your members find it

The first scans come in. This is the stretch where you'll want a poster at the desk and your staff mentioning it, because the app only helps the members who know it exists. We'll tell you what early adoption looks like compared to other floors.

Months 2–3

The data gets useful

Once there's a few weeks of history, the dashboard starts answering things you couldn't see from the floor: which machines carry the load, when you're genuinely full, whether the same faces are coming back, and what members quietly reported broken.

End of month 3

You decide, with numbers

We go through what actually happened at your gym. If it earned its place, you continue on monthly billing. If it didn't, you stop — and we'll tell you plainly if we don't think the numbers justify it.

What we need from you

  • Someone who can walk the floor once with a sheet of stickers — an hour of one person's time, not a project.
  • Permission to put a sticker on each machine where members can see it. They're small, printed, and come off cleanly.
  • A little visibility at the front desk in the first few weeks. Adoption is the one part we can't do from our side.

No obligation

You are not signing a contract today — you're starting a pilot. There's no card on file, no auto-renewal, and no minimum term afterwards. Nothing is ever billed without advance notice, and if you stop at the end of the three months you keep a full export of your usage data. The stickers stay on your machines and keep working either way.
