How the price works

One sticker, one machine, one price. You pay per active sticker per month — not per member, not per scan, not per branch. A sticker is active once you've assigned it to a machine: unassigned stickers sitting in a drawer cost nothing, and retiring a machine means unassigning its sticker and no longer paying for it. Add a machine mid-month and you pay for it from the next invoice, not retroactively. Several locations sit in one dashboard, each priced on its own active stickers. Because the count follows your floor rather than your membership, you know what you'll pay before you commit to anything — and growing doesn't cost you more.

Estimates based on €0.99 per active sticker per month. Final pricing is set after the pilot programme concludes, and no pilot partner is billed without advance notice.

What you never pay for

• Your members. The app is free for them forever — a gym with 200 members and one with 2,000 pay exactly the same, because the price follows machines, not people.
• Hardware. No tablets, no readers, no wiring. A printed sticker and the phone already in your member's pocket is the whole installation.
• Development. You aren't commissioning an app, maintaining it, or paying to keep it working on next year's phones. That's our side of the deal.

After the pilot

Three months in, you'll have real numbers from your own floor — which machines get used, how many members came back, what they reported broken. That's the point at which deciding whether to keep going is an informed decision rather than a guess. Billing is monthly with no minimum term, no annual lock-in and no cancellation fee. If you stop, you get a full export of your usage data before anything is deleted, your equipment assignments and sticker IDs stay yours, and the stickers keep working on the machines either way.
